JOB SUMMARY

To ensure effective and efficient services delivery pertaining to the various facets of the Human Resources within Freedom Park, thus positioning the HR department as a reliable centre of excellence.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

 

 

 

  1. Manage Recruitment and personnel administration to ensure attraction and retention of the right talent.
  2. Coordinate Talent Development for operational efficiency.
  3. Coordinate and Facilitate the Performance Management system to ensure training and improving set up strategies aimed at enhancing the quality of programs.
  4. Assist in Employee Relations process to ensure sound relations between management and employees.
  5. Provide efficient HR Administration function to management and staff including monthly, quarterly, and annual statics.
  6. Interact with Unionised and Non-Unionised staff regarding workplace related supervisory support to staff matters.
  7. Engage with outsourced IR service providers relating to disciplinary and dispute resolutions.
  8. Monitor effective implementation and provide continuous review of HR policies.

 

  1. Provide advisory support to departments within the organisation to ensure effective performance.
  2. Provide supervisory support to subordinates to ensure effective service delivery.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Degree in Industrial Psychology, HR, Labour Law or equivalent

 

Experience

 

5 – 6 years’ experience in Human Resource Generalist role or Consulting role
