JOB SUMMARY
To ensure that quality services and effective social investment strategies are delivered to Freedom Park clients in a manner that ensures client satisfaction. This is to be achieved through managing the implementation of client fund strategies, managing client relationships effectively and delivering high impact social investment value. The Client Relationship Manager is the primary interface between Freedom Park and its clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Developing and maintaining existing relationships with Freedom Park clients on portfolio allocated to Client Relationship Manager;
- Developing strategies and protocols for various clients accessing the Park
- Expanding allocated client base through marketing compliantly of new business in terms of quarterly targets;
- Accountable, as part of FP team to assist in obtaining quarterly and annual business targets;
- Management of team within the unit ( Team Management)
- Liaise with clients of any level
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical
- Researches sources for developing prospective clientele and for information to determine their potential.
- stablish relationships with all client and internal Tshikululu stakeholders by communicating goals, objectives, and timelines clearly and building resilient mutually responsive relationships as required.
- Build strong relationships and play the primary contact role with clients by providing them with prompt and knowledgeable expertise, support and guidance on social investment and fund management and becoming the go-to resource and their primary point of contact.
- Implement deliberate, formal client retention strategies for all clients under management.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective clientele.
- Assisting at a high level with marketing support for the Park
- Provides accurate and relevant reports to management in order to track progress and trends
Experience and Qualifications
- Honours Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Commerce or similar.
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of client relationship/or customer support experience
- A minimum of 2 years developing and implementing operational programmes
- Project Management experience is crucial - evidence of leading and managing advisory style projects.
